Policies

Our policies are put in place to ensure our estheticians have security in our industry. This allows them to treat this as career rather than a hobby. In turn, you get a better experience, better service, better results, better energy. These policies are not put in place to scare you or keep you from booking. When you book a spot, you are claiming that allotted time. The only way your esthetician is able to get paid, is by someone being in that 30min/1hr spot. We do understand that things happen and we do make exceptions for those special cases. When you cancel last minute, it makes it harder to find someone else to fill that spot with such short notice. When you cancel with enough notice, we are aware of the opening and given enough time to work to get it filled again. In most cases, we have a wait list. It is not fair for someone else to not prioritize their time with us when their is someone else waiting. We always want to give you the BEST service and having these policies in place play a big role in allowing that. Thank you for your support and understanding.

If you ever have any questions, please reach out directly: bareesthetics.contact@gmail.com and our owner will get back to you.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please give us at least a 24 hour notice before canceling your appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hours you will be expected to pay 50% of the service missed before being able to reschedule. If you cancel the day of or no show, you will be expected to pay 100% of the service missed. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, all standing appointments will be deleted and you will be unable to reschedule until the balance is paid.

Late Policy:

If you are 10 or more minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and expected to pay 50% of the service missed. This applies to your service provider as well. If your service provider is more than 10 minutes late to start your service, you will receive 50% off one of the services at check out. Please understand, when you arrive late, your provider will need to adjust the steps to ensure they are able to stay on time for their schedule.

IF IT IS A MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT - WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO OFFER A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. If you arrive 5 or more minutes late for a maintenance appointment, they will not be able to see you. As these appointments are already shorter than regular appointments. You will be expected to pay 50% of the service missed and asked to reschedule.
